Golden Eagle One Card Office is the first point of contact to report printer issues. To fill submit a service request, you must be logged into your portal, then fill out the work order form using the "Service Request" link on the Golden Eagle One Card webpage. This work order will be filtered through Kevin Yu while server issues may be sent to ITS Director, Micheal O'Neal Petterson.

Each print or copy costs $.10 for black and white print outs and $.75 for color print outs
Photocopiers and Locations
Clusters of photocopy machines for public use are located in Library North on the 1st floor and on Level A. Single machines are located on the 3rd floor and on Level A. There is one photocopier that may be used by people in wheel chairs, and this is located on Library North 1st floor by the Assistive Technology equipment. All of these require use of a Golden Eagle One Card.
Printers
There are three printers on the 1st floor Library North, one printer on A level, one printer on Palmer Wing 2nd floor, and one printer on the 3rd floor of Library North.
Golden Eagle One Cards
Library users Patrons can put value on a Golden Eagle One Card using cash on the VTS machine or loading money online through Transact Payments on GET.
Change
Change is no longer provided at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of Library North. The VTS machine will only accept dollar bills ($1, $5, or $20), but does not give change.
Refunds
All requests for refunds must be directed to the Golden Eagle Service Center (Second floor of Golden Eagle building, room 220.1) the copy center will decide whether the refund can be given or not. Extension 3-6800.
