1. Check-out an item

    PATH: Fulfillment--check-out/check-in--Manage patron services

2. Check-in an item

    PATH: Fulfillment--Check-out/check-in-- Return items

3. Add a new patron

     PATH: Fulfillment--Check-out/check-in--Manage patron services

4. Create a Course record and add attach a reading list

     Path:  Fulfillment--Course reserves--Courses--Add courses

 5. Attach a reading list to that course record

     Path: (while still in the course record) Actions--Reading list--Add reading list
