OneSearch

OneSearch is a web-scale discovery service.  It utilizes a Google-like single search box to an array of scholarly content —from books, ebooks, full-text articles, indexes, to many other types of materials.

To use OneSearch, go to the Library Web homepage (library.calstatela.edu),

  • Enter your search keywords in OneSearch box

  • At the result page and under Refine Your Search on the left, you will see options to narrow down your search by resource type, subject, publication date, author, journal title and language.  Under Resource Type, you can limit your search results to books, articles, encyclopedias...

Go to OneSearch Basics to learn more.
