RevMan5
This is a review manager from Cochrane Collaboration. The program is free for purely academic uses.
Rayyan
There are free and subscription options. You can access Rayyan on the web or with a mobile app. You can use Rayyan for screening abstracts and titles.
Systematic Review Data Repository (SRDR)
This is a free, web-based tool, from the Effective Healthcare Program. It can be used to screen abstracts and public repositories of study data.
SYRF
SYRF is freely available. SYRF can be used to screen articles and add data points.
PICO Portal
PICO has free and subscription options. You can use PICO to conduct systematic reviews and perform article screenings.
