RefWorks
A reference management tool that allows users to collect and organize citations to any kind of source, such as articles and books, to link and annotate PDFs, and to create references in Word and Google Docs.

Endote ($)

Mendeley
In addition to storing and organizing references, Mendeley offers a social research network, and tools to find funding and careers.

Removing Duplicates in Refworks

Click on Tools and select Find Duplicates

Select Exact Duplicates and click on Find Duplicates

If duplicates are found, they are highlighted and pre-selected to make it easy to delete
