iLLiad: How to request an article or book chapter we don't have (3:45)

iLLiad is a wonderful service that allows Cal State LA students to request articles and book chapters we don't have online for free!


  • Complete a form from scratch (1:10)
  • Request up to 2 chapters per book; submit 1 form per chapter please (1:25)
  • Complete a form by following the "find it" and "no article available" link (2:15)
  • Sign-on to iLLiad or first time users can register for iLLiad (video 0:40)
