RAINN, the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline: Their phone number is 800.656.HOPE (4673) and can be used to be connected with a trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area. The National Domestic Violence Hotline: Their phone number is (800) 799-7233 and their website is https://www.thehotline.org/
https://www.loveisrespect.org/ is another resource from The National Domestic Violence Hotline that helps prevent dating violence.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): This government-run service helps refer people to mental health or substance abuse services. Their helpline is 1-800-662-HELP (4357) and their website is https://www.samhsa.gov/find-help/national-helpline, and both are available 24/7.
