Open RefWorks: A web-based bibliography and database manager which allows you to create your own personal database. References can be imported from the library catalog, online databases, text files, websites and more. Get help with Refworks here: ProQuest Refworks Guide.

ZoteroBib: A free, open-source tool. It is the web version of Zotero and does not require you to download software. It will save your bibliography in your browsers local storage.
