Discussion Questions

The story of Henrietta Lacks and the use of her cells by medical researchers raises many issues worthy of discussion and reflection.  Conversations and curriculum are easily anchored in the disciplines of health science, cultural studies, biochemistry, ethnic studies, sociology, family studies, philosophy, journalism, and history.
